I want to inspire others to explore, dream and have a positive impact in this world.

The Deep Blue Expedition is an awareness adventure across the Atlantic Ocean. The main goal is to set a new world record, by windsurfing the 5400 kilometers from Morocco to Guadeloupe in 25 days.

 The project is scheduled for November 2019 when constant trade winds will provide us with a perfect setup. Conventional windsurf boards made out of recycled plastic waste will be used on our journey across the deep.

 The two ocean athletes will windsurf more than 7 hours each day which will be an enormous physical and mental challenge. They will follow the pathways of plastic debris in the ocean, track them down and bring attention to show that everything is connected.

 With our partner organizations, we will build hype on sustainable living and provide simple ways to tackle environmental issues such as plastic pollution.
