We teach what we preach

At Starboard, we believe education is one of the most powerful tools to drive long-term environmental change. Through our Education Programs, we empower individuals—especially younger generations—to understand the impact of plastic pollution and take meaningful action in their daily lives.

Our approach goes beyond awareness. We combine hands-on learning, real-world environmental action, and community engagement to inspire behavior change. From school visits to community workshops, our Environmental Team delivers interactive sessions that connect global challenges with local solutions—encouraging participants to become active contributors to a more sustainable future.

Kids Workbooks

Our Kids Workbooks are designed to make environmental education fun, practical, and easy to understand. Through engaging activities, illustrations, and real-life examples, children learn about ocean protection, plastic pollution, and sustainable living habits.

We offer three specialised workbook categories:

All workbooks are created to encourage curiosity, creativity, and action—helping children build eco-friendly habits from an early age.

Trash Hero

Starboard is proud to run the Trash Hero Bangkok chapter from our headquarters at Taco Lake.

As part of the global Trash Hero network.

This initiative brings together volunteers, local communities, and environmental advocates to take direct action against plastic pollution, beyond clean-ups. We focus on raising awareness, promoting waste reduction, and inspiring long-term behaviour change through community engagement.

By combining consistent action with education.

Trash Hero Bangkok serves as a platform for individuals to contribute to a cleaner environment. While becoming part of a growing movement for positive change.

School & University Collabs

Through our School & University Collaborations, we expand our impact by partnering with educational institutions to deliver structured and meaningful environmental programs.

A key part of this initiative is our Plastic Offset Program (POP) Education, which brings real-world environmental solutions into the classroom. Students not only learn about plastic pollution but also understand how verified systems—such as plastic credits—can create measurable environmental and social impact.

Our sessions include:

  • Interactive environmental awareness workshops
  • Practical waste management and zero-waste concepts
  • Insight into plastic collection, recycling systems, and community impact
  • Real case studies from POP field operations

By connecting education with real action, we aim to inspire students to become future leaders in sustainability and circular economy solutions.
