January 27 2022, marked the day the 18 Trash Hero Bangkok volunteers grabbed their paint brushed to share a key message with the local communities outside Starboard’s HQ.
Previously, this street was used as a dumping site for many, you can see this in the before image below! But with the support of many keen volunteers the area was cleaned right up, and given a total revamp. Collecting 33 kg of waste, the Trash Hero team always succeed in their goal of leaving the environment in a better state than they found it!

The bright yellow wall calls to educate the local community, helping to prevent future littering. Whilst also, permanently inviting them to join Trash Hero clean ups each and every Thursday!
Together, Trash Hero volunteers, designer Tan Talay and the Starboard Environmental Team created the mural that shines through the street. The message is clear: AVOID SINGLE USE PLASTIC, DON’T LEAVE TRASH & PROTECT OUR PLANET.
