What makes you want to help the Environment?
I was lucky enough to grow up in and around nature, and developed a huge appreciation for it. I want to make sure that my generation isn’t the last to be able to spend time in nature and see all of the amazing things our planet has to offer.

What drew you to Starboard?
Starboard has always been ahead of the competition in their environmental action which drew me to them. Whilst I wasn’t a windsurfer before I joined Starboard, I knew that Starboard could be a leader across all outdoor sports for innovating in low impact products and I hope that I can help push that here.

What skills do you have to make a difference?
Whilst Starboard has made great strides in offsetting their environmental impact, I hope that my background in environmental and material science can help really push the Starboard R&D team in lowering the environmental impact of their products, we have already made some great progress but there is always more to be done!
